Please indicate which of our events you wish to attend. Please be aware that our schedule may change subject to availability and interest. Once we fill our slots of suppliers attending full roadshows, we will release individual cities on an a la carte basis.

3 or 4 showcase events in a week, generally including a luxury motor coach to get you from city to city between events. Some exceptions, based on regional considerations and availability of coaches, may apply. We permit single-city pricing on a space available basis, and a ‘shared table’ program for hotels and resorts in the same hotel family and/or resorts, DMCs and DMOs from the same destination – please ask!

2, 3, or 4 showcase events in a week that are usually too far apart to drive. We typically fly between the event cities.

Our newest event experience! Held at a single hotel or resort, a small group of planners and destination partners will come together on the first evening for an engaging activation and dinner, followed the next morning by breakfast and a luxury showcase.

A multi-day hosted buyer experience in a beautiful location, including a showcase and multiple experiences and meals in which to network with an elite group of event and incentive planners. Does not include transportation / airfare to host destination, or accommodations (host hotel offers group rate), or F&B apart from event.

Our 3-day invitation-only events. Conference participation entitles you to secure a commitment for one ( or more!) qualified event professionals of your choosing. Does not include airfare, supplier hotel room (host hotel offers group rate), or F&B apart from event. $6,000
